No, you don't have to be a student to rent from us. Our model follows the convenience of student housing, but we have students that live with us beyond their graduation.
Shared means Private Bedroom/Bathroom, Shared Living Space and Shared Kitchen. Private means Private Bedroom, Bathroom, Living Space and Kitchen, No Sharing.
Yes, you can. If you receive financial aid and plan to use it for housing, you’ll need to apply for the financial aid deferment plan. Rent is calculated annually and paid in two installments: 1st half is due by August and 2nd half is due by January.
Your rent includes all utilities - electricity, water, gas, WiFi, and trash.
Each shared home has multiple bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. One student is allowed to live in each bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a deadbolt for privacy. The number of bedrooms on each property can range from 2-5 bedrooms.
Our room rent starts from $1000/month and can go up to $2,100/month depending on the location, size, and privacy (private or shared) of the unit.
Each student apartment comes with a private bathroom for each room, a shared/ individual washer/dryer set, refrigerator, microwave, range, and closet space.
Yes, on-site parking is available.
Yes, case by case basis. A written Pet Agreement and a non-refundable $250 Pet Fee are required, a verbal agreement is not valid.
Yes, we allow co-signers if a student does not qualify to rent a room based on their own credit/income/rental history.
A security deposit is needed to reserve a room. Once this fee is paid, we stop listing the room and book it for you. Students who pay with financial aid by the semester, security deposit is $500. For month to month rent, security deposit is “one months rent”. It is fully refundable.

Yes, we offer flexible leasing terms and will extend your lease! Please let us know at least 2 months in advance, so we will have time to make the adjustments.
No, unless you can find a replacement tenant as per the defined terms and conditions of your contract.
No. Smoking (any tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars, and hookahs) is not allowed in any of the student housing.
The rent is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Failure to pay within this time will result in a $50 late penalty fee.

Paying Rent with Financial Aid - yearly rent is paid in two installments; the first half is due in August, and the second half is due in January.

We take care of it all. You will only be charged if the issue was caused by your negligence.
Sure, if we have an available room/apartment for you, please apply together so we can arrange it for you.
No. We are responsible for finding your roommate. We will do our best to find a good match.
Yes. However, overnight guests are not allowed and may result in penalties and possible cancellation of your contract.
You must give at least 2 months (60 days) notice of intention if you intend to move out of your room/apartment.
You must arrange a check out inspection with one of the team members. Our team member will check whether or not the contract has been respected, and that no damage has occurred in the apartment. Your security deposit will be returned to you if applicable after 30 days. You must return all sets of keys. Otherwise, we will keep your security deposit.
Yes, anyone may purchase food at campus Café. You may pay using cash. For the quickest service, put dining credit on your university Card so you can simply swipe your card at the cashier station and go.
Great properties in great locations book up fast. If you are after something special at a reasonable rate, then securing your student home early is advisable.
