We had the best experience living in our town home this past year! The home was very well kept and Jamil was always super quick and willing to help us with any request.

I was so blessed to have a landlord like Jamil. I was able to book a room for my last several months of college and if it wasnt for him I wouldn’t have had no were else to stay in Houston to make sure I graduated!

Loved living here. The landlord was receptive and solved any issues that came up in a timely manner. He also accommodated me to make my living needs more pleasurable.

I needed a place to stay last minute and with a short notice, I had no idea where I was going to go due to needing to move fast and not having the best budget with having financial troubles at the time, I was referred to Jamil with FOR A PLACE TO LIVE, who was able to work with me despite my financial troubles, he helped me and got me into one of his homes fast and efficiently, the place was amazing and fit my needs, he was even very effective with communicating and making sure I was okay, keeping an open line of communication was very helpful during my time staying at one of his homes and I know that if I ever need a place to stay wether it be temporary or long term I know where I can go and recommend anyone looking for a temporary or long term place to stay that may have financial issues or whatever your circumstances he will work with you and make sure he is able to assist in finding you a place. He helped me in my time of need and I will forever be grateful.

I absolutely have enjoyed all of the places I have lived at underneath a very understanding landlord. The properties I've dwelled in were affordable, accommodating, and whatever it was that needed fixing, was fixed immediately. I've rented from this business for well over 3 years now and I have yet to have any major issues. I highly recommend for anyone whether they be student or not.

FAPTL has made my living experience very accommodating and pleasurable. Jamil’s client service skills are unmatched, and his understanding and caring demeanor made my decision to move here very easy. Once I completed my walkthrough, and saw how well kept and spacious the apartment was, Jamil didn’t have to say much to convince my to move in. The apartment spoke for itself. I’m also very happy with the location; I’m near downtown and pretty central to anywhere I need to go. I use multiple forms of transportation in the area to include walking to local establishments, and the highway is less than a mile away. FAPTL management is very expedient. Any type of maintenance issue I’ve come across has been addressed within 24 hours. I have never had any negative instances with members of management. Everyone I’ve interacted with is very nice, respectful and professional. I definitely recommend renting from FAPTL. Very student friendly.

First I would like to say that there was great customer service, the landlord always ensures that you are comfortable at the new property. I received a tour of the property and was informed of what this property would offer. This is a great property, if you are looking for a nice private place (roommate included) this is the place to be. Even though I have a roommate, we both have our own privacy as far as bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. The kitchen and living room area are both very spacious and provides you with enough room to have company over. As far as the neighborhood, it is pretty quiet and the neighbors are very kind. For a place to live offers affordable prices for college students but the prices do not take away from the value of what you are going to receive. Each property has it’s own benefits and one big thing that I like about this one is that it offers a backyard area for your fur babies to run around or just an area for you to relax.

Renting from Jamil (For a Place to Live) has been nothing but amazing. The affordable all expenses included is obviously great but when you have a great landlord as well it makes things 100% better and comfortable. If I had had any trouble (rare) the issues where fixed within 24 hours. Ive lived at several of the properties from shared spaces with 3 other people to now 1 and love it just as much. Yay for more privacy! If you are a college student or simply needing something that's not at a sky rocket price I would highly recommend renting from Jamil.

You will not regret living with For a Place to Live. Jamil has been a great landlord as I've now been a tenant of his for a little under a year. From the move in process to any issue I've encountered, he's been incredibly quick and efficient and made sure to provide the best experience.

For a Place to Live is a very simple and affordable housing experience. There are very few issues that happen if any at all, and if they do happen, problems are solved right away! My experience with For a Place to live has been my best and most comfortable experience with student housing.

I been staying with foraplacetolive to ever since I was a sophomore & it has been awesome. Yet, I’m a senior now but my favorite place I have stayed with him has to be keystone, it’s the best ever!

Jamil and the rest of the crew at For a Place to Live are great! They offer great student housing options at affordable prices. Jamil helped me get into a place very quickly, and made sure everything was to my liking. When a place closer to campus opened up before my lease kicked in, he let me know and offered that unit for the same price I had already signed. For a Place to Live offers flexible payment options for students too. 10/10.

Very good close to my school, i recommend if you go to Tsu or UH then this is the best living to get. The rooms are very well designed also the landlord Jamil is very understanding if there's a problem he's quick to solve i recommend this a 100/10 if i could.

A Place to Live is the perfect place for the “early 20s” part of life. Also being around other students and just people my age as were all figuring it out is very nice as well. Great place to live

I truly enjoyed staying at this location! I was supported and helped by Hasan, who wanted the best for his students. I stayed here from my all four years of college and never really needed a reason to leave here. It was very convenient for me in many ways and Hasan made it easier. I would definitely recommend this place for students who want to feel appreciated!

I had a great living experience and any concerns or questions I had were taken cere of very quickly. It was my first time renting and I wouldn’t have done it anywhere else! 10/10!

For A Place to Live, have been really accommodating of our needs at all times. They gave us all the utilities and more within our budget and that was the selling point for us. We as students needed a place close to the campus and affordable and that’s exactly what FATL provided, couldn’t ask for more.
