Service Improvement Survey

First I would like to say that there was great customer service, the landlord always ensures that you are comfortable at the new property. I received a tour of the property and was informed of what this property would offer. This is a great property, if you are looking for a nice private place (roommate included) this is the place to be. Even though I have a roommate, we both have our own privacy as far as bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. The kitchen and living room area are both very spacious and provides you with enough room to have company over. As far as the neighborhood, it is pretty quiet and the neighbors are very kind. For a place to live offers affordable prices for college students but the prices do not take away from the value of what you are going to receive. Each property has it’s own benefits and one big thing that I like about this one is that it offers a backyard area for your fur babies to run around or just an area for you to relax.

Mr. Hasan was the best! He was very understanding and willing to work with you. Maintenance stayed on top of all work orders and were polite. I would highly recommend them, this was a pretty cool experience. The location was very convenient and less than 7 minutes from Texas Southern University.

I love it here. Everything is always working but in case or something needing to be fixed or replaced.....they are quick and efficient. This is my first semester and it feels like home.

FAPTL has made my living experience very accommodating and pleasurable. Jamil’s client service skills are unmatched, and his understanding and caring demeanor made my decision to move here very easy. Once I completed my walkthrough, and saw how well kept and spacious the apartment was, Jamil didn’t have to say much to convince my to move in. The apartment spoke for itself. I’m also very happy with the location; I’m near downtown and pretty central to anywhere I need to go. I use multiple forms of transportation in the area to include walking to local establishments, and the highway is less than a mile away. FAPTL management is very expedient. Any type of maintenance issue I’ve come across has been addressed within 24 hours. I have never had any negative instances with members of management. Everyone I’ve interacted with is very nice, respectful and professional. I definitely recommend renting from FAPTL. Very student friendly.

I have enjoyed staying here. Jamil is the best landlord ever. He is understanding and takes care of his tenants.. If you’re a student this is the best place to stay, you can pay per semester and also have your privacy. It’s so affordable

I’ve rented from several different places throughout the years and have found that good management is hard to find, but living here has been a nice experience . Management is quick to respond and address any repairs or concerns. I’ve never had any issues with safety or worried about my personal property. Their flexibility and willingness to work with their tenants has been a blessing. I’d gladly recommend anyone looking for affordability and trustworthy management to rent with this company.

I love my apartment so much. It’s so quiet here. I don’t ever really have issues and when I do they are usually quickly solved. Pet friendly environment as well.
