Working with Jamil was very stress free. He was always just one phone call away, understanding, approachable and reliable. The apartment chosen is in a decent, quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself is perfect for one person or a couple. The outside grounds are clean and well maintained. Having laundry facility on site and being close to the metro is a great convenience. I would highly recommend For A Place To Live for your housing needs.

Jamil is the best landlord I could have asked for. He is always responsive and immediately fixes any issues without delay. If maintenance can’t get to it soon, he will take care of it personally. He takes very good care of his tenants. I highly recommend his properties to any students.

I am so blessed to have Jamil as my landlord. He offers affordable rent to his tenants, all bills included (even wifi and yard maintenance!) When I’ve called about something to be repaired, he has come immediately and goes out of his way to make sure his tenants are happy. I am a busy student and I am thankful to live minutes from campus in- my own free standing home -with a fenced yard for my dog. Even the pet deposit was very affordable. The property manager is a very helpful and nice person if you ever have any issues he fixes it right away if not the next day which is amazing! And they do whatever they can to accommodate you in theyre property ! Thank you so much mr. Hasan

A place to live is an awesome option for a student in the downtown Houston area. I myself attended TSU and had Mr. Hasan’s help the whole way through my experience of finding housing my first year. He is super professional, gives great advice, and provides some of the best housing in the area for a super affordable price. My TSU experience would not have been the same without A Place To Live. Or Mr. Hasan I gained a lot of information and support. Lastly, I am a female and had pretty worried parents about me living on my own in Houston, with this company you won’t have to worry Mr.Hasan is only a call or text away!!
