No, you don't have to be a student to rent from us. Our model follows the convenience of student housing, but we have students that live with us beyond their graduation.
Shared means Private Bedroom/Bathroom, Shared Living Space and Shared Kitchen. Private means Private Bedroom, Bathroom, Living Space and Kitchen. No sharing.
YES, you can. If you are a recipient of financial aid and wish to pay your housing with your financial aid, you will need to apply for the financial aid deferment plan.
Your rent includes ALL BILLS with electricity, trash disposal, water, internet WiFi, gas. All utilities are included, but your rental covers up to US$75 per month for electricity.
Each shared home has multiple bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. One student is allowed to live in each bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a deadbolt for privacy. The number of bedrooms on each property can range from 2-5 bedrooms.
Our rooms rent for $700 - 1,100/month depending on the location, size, and privacy (private or shared) of the property.
