I completely love my apartment. The beautiful inside is designed for someone who is a working class or a student in school that provides a space of comfort. The tenants in the community are great neighbors and we get along great. I appreciate the group chat because we can actually connect when each other and ask questions or invite each other on occasions she certain instances. The gated community gives me a sense of security. Overall this is a beautiful place to stay. Thank you.

I absolutely have enjoyed all of the places I have lived at underneath a very understanding landlord. The properties I've dwelled in were affordable, accommodating, and whatever it was that needed fixing, was fixed immediately. I've rented from this business for well over 3 years now and I have yet to have any major issues. I highly recommend for anyone whether they be student or not.

My rental unit is fantastic! I appreciate how the property manager is able to rectify any issue in 1-3 business days, or as short as same-day. If you need a place to live. This company is your best bet.

Hasan, is the best! He has took good care of me and whoever I’ve sent his way. Whenever there was an issue, he would answer the phone and get it handled. Hasan for President! 🙂

Comment: I’ve been housing with Jamil since my freshman year of college . It’s been the best experience living with for a place to live . Not only meeting life time friends but also affordable rent including all bills paid for . Jamil is nice , caring and such a hard working man . If there is any problems he is always quick to find the best solution to solve the problem.This is the BEST living for college students!

Comment: I absolutely love my private apartment, I also like the fact that, I do not need to worry about paying bills at the end of the month, all utilities are included with the rent.

Comment: I could secure my housing remotely; view the apartment, submit lease application, pay the deposit, and sign the lease agreement, all were done online, move-in day was a breeze.

Comment: Close proximity to campus makes it almost living in university housing for the students. In regards to how clean, spacious and private they are, always exceed expectation.
