We offer shared units (private bedroom/private bathroom, with shared living/kitchen) and private units (bedroom, bath, living & kitchen all to you).

Yes. Rent includes all bills: water, trash, WiFi/internet, and gas. Electricity is covered up to a cap (e.g., up to US$75/month for electricity) in some cases.

A security deposit is required: for semester‐based rent, it’s around US$500; for monthly leases, it’s one month’s rent. We offer flexible leasing terms, but shortening a contract requires you to find a replacement tenant.

Yes, but on a case-by-case basis. A pet agreement is required, plus a non-refundable pet fee (for example, 250$).

Maintenance is included; we take care of repairs except in cases of resident negligence.
