Bathroom and kitchen:

All tenants have their own modern bathroom with shower room, sink, mirror, and high-efficiency dual flush elongated toilet.  The bathroom has tiles throughout.  

The spacious open-concept kitchen has been upgraded with granite counters, lots of cabinet space, and one oven, fridge/freezers, and cooktop.

Laundry:

The laundry facility is located within the complex.  There are full-sized coin-operated washer and dryer.  The laundry facility comes with Pay Mobile chinless laundry system where students can start laundry machines via Bluetooth, check balance, add value to their account.

Management:

We’ve made sure that our apartments are thoughtfully designed to suit the needs of today’s students.  Prices are inclusive of gas, electric, water, and broadband (boasting the area's fastest available broadband business connections). We also maintain the lawn and pest control regularly.  We don’t require guarantors or administration fees and offer individual tenancy agreements.  Because we own and manage all our student properties, we have a vested interest in maintaining them to a high standard – as such our maintenance service is second to none!
