Each room has a private balcony.  Rooms D1– D2 is located on the second floor of the property, offering self-contained facilities away from the rest of the property.  The entrance to the apartment once inside Blodgett House is via its own, lockable door. Private locks on each bedroom for security and privacy, ceiling fan, and own walk-in closet in each room.  The whole house has original wooden flooring and updated lighting.  The property has a window unit for cooling and double-glazed windows.

The Main Property:

We’ve made sure that our apartments are thoughtfully designed to suit the needs of today’s students.  Prices are inclusive of gas, electric, water, and broadband (boasting the area's fastest available broadband business connections). We also maintain the lawn and pest control regularly.  We don’t require guarantors or administration fees and offer individual tenancy agreements.  Because we own and manage all our student properties, we have a vested interest in maintaining them to a high standard – as such our maintenance service is second to none!
