We’ve made sure that our apartments are thoughtfully designed to suit the needs of today’s students.  Prices are inclusive of gas, electric, water, and broadband (boasting the areas fastest available broadband business connections). We also maintain the lawn and pest control regularly.  We don’t require guarantors or administration fees and offer individual tenancy agreements.  Because we own and manage all our student properties, we have a vested interest in maintaining them to a high standard – as such our maintenance service is second to none!
