Comment: The house itself is spacious and comfortable, the landlord is understanding, it is a comfy situation especially for students, good price too. While I was living here the house was still a work in progress. We kept having leaks till a part eventually caved in ,the landlord tried to get the continuous arising issues fixed swiftly most times, the gate wasn’t fixed till I left. The workers kept coming into the apartment mostly unannounced , when we were around and even when absent, as ladies I and my housemate frowned at this act.
