- Comment: I love living here. It is such a cosy private place. The location is perfect and is walking distance from the school. If there are any issues with maintenance, it is fixed quickly so it is not an inconvenience for the resident. I have lived in multiple FAPTL housing units over the course of 3 years ,and have always had a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place for those looking for nice quaint place to stay.

FOR A PLACE TO LIVE do business per the federal Fair Housing Laws. The law makes illegal any discrimination in the sale, lease, or rental of housing, or making housing otherwise unavailable, because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
