- Comment: I absolutely have enjoyed all of the places I have lived at underneath a very understanding landlord. The properties I've dwelled in were affordable, accommodating, and whatever it was that needed fixing, was fixed immediately. I've rented from this business for well over 3 years now and I have yet to have any major issues. I highly recommend for anyone whether they be student or not.
